paper proposes a commuting carpool model in consideration of the accident-prone points and obtained from the statistical data of the accident occurrence position and of the driver's risk defined by driving skill and risk management. In the carpool, the driving route is determined by the assignment of passengers to the driver. At this time, a safer route is provided by considering the route through the accident-prone points and the risk of the driver.
