article"}]},"item_2_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-7764","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"在宅勤務がビジネスにおける新たな常識となるなか，多くの企業は従業員のメンタルヘルスを維持することに困難を感じている．これまで，社会的なつながりがメンタルヘルスの維持に重要な役割を果たすことが明らかにされているものの，在宅勤務が職場の関係性に及ぼす影響についてはほとんど知られていない．そこで本研究では，在宅勤務時の職場の同僚間のコミュニケーションに焦点を当て，特に，つながりの弱い同僚とつながりの強い同僚の間でのコミュニケーションパターンの差異を明らかにした．本研究では，日本のIT企業9社の従業員17名を対象としたアンケートとインデプスインタビュー，そして，そのうちの従業員9名を対象とした5日間の経験サンプリングを実施した．その結果，在宅勤務時では，つながりの強い同僚とのつながりが維持され，つながりの弱い同僚とのつながりがさらに弱まるという関係性の二極化が生じ，特にインタビュー結果から，在宅勤務時の職場のコミュニケーションの二極化が不安感を増大させる可能性が示唆された．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"As working-from-home (WFH) becomes the new normal for millions in the business world, many companies are finding it challenging to support and maintain their employees' mental health. Although research has shown that social relationship plays a crucial role in the maintenance of mental health, little is known about the long-term effects of remote collaboration on intra-team relationships. Accordingly, this study focuses on WFH communication, and in particular, how communication patterns among employees with weak ties and among those with strong ties differ. Its data-collection approach consisted of an online survey of and in-depth interviews with a total of 17 employees of nine IT firms in Japan, plus a five-day experience-sampling study with nine of the same individuals.
