• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，欧州と日本で，個人情報の保護に関する法改正が相次いでいる．日本に於いては，個人に関するデータの類型として個人情報，仮名加工情報，匿名加工情報などがあり，それぞれの利用・管理の際に従うべき規律がある．さらには，それらを利用・管理する法人格によって規律が異なることもある．それらの規律に従わなければならないが，その取扱いはとても煩雑である．我々は，個人情報の利用を容易にするには ICT 技術による支援が必要と考えた．本稿で我々は，日本国内のデータ流通の動向や Trusted Web と呼ばれる新しいインターネット構想の動きから，個人情報保護を支援するための通信プロトコルについて考察した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, there has been legislative changes in Europe and Japan concerning the protection of personal information. In Japan, the types of personal data include personal information, pseudonymously processed information, and anonymously processed information, and there are rules to be followed when using and managing each type of data. Furthermore, regulations may differ depending on the legal personality that uses and manages them. One has to follow those rules, but they are very complicated. We thought that ICT technology support was necessary to facilitate the use of personal information. In this paper, we considered the communication protocol to support the protection of personal information from the trend of the data distribution in Japan and the movement of the new Internet concept called Trusted Web.
