In this paper, I first consider the Road Traffic Act and the Road Transport Vehicle Act revised for Level 3, and explain that autonomous driving is still just one of the \"devices\", not the \"functions\". Next, I pointed out that there is a problem that many current laws such as the Product Liability Act will not be applicable when Levels 4 and 5 are reached.
