• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Society 5.0 において，IT サービスは複数の組織のつながりにより提供されることから，ある組織における IT ガバナンスに対する信頼の欠如は他の組織の IT サービスの品質や安定性に影響を及ぼすこととなる．信頼に関する用語としては Reliability と Trustworthiness があるが，本稿において，確率論の観点から Society 5.0 における信頼は Trustworthiness であることを示し，IT サービスに関する信頼の推定方法について提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As IT services are provided by multiple organization connections in Society 5.0, the lack of trust in IT governance of one organization will affect quality and stability of IT services in other organization. Reliability and Trustworthiness are terms related to Trust. In this paper, it is showed that Trust in Society 5.0 is Trustworthiness from the viewpoint of probability theory, and proposed a method for estimating Trust of IT services.
