• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 信頼や社会規範等の社会関係資本をデジタルな情報として扱う情報活用基盤としてのデジタルソーシャルキャピタル基盤の構築を目指す際には，信頼情報等が社会関係性情報としてユーザに受容される仕組みの構築が必要となる．このため，東アジアの「真なる自己」を踏まえた新たな哲学的自己観である「Self-as-We（われわれとしての自己)」をもとに必要な要件について検討した結果を報告する．Self-as-We 自己観のマルチエージェントシステムにおいて，情報システムも「われわれ」のエージェントとして位置づけられ，エージェント間でのフェローシップを保つことが倫理的に要請される．このフェローシップとして求められる要件を紐解き整理した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We are considering the establishment of a digital social capital platform as an information utilization infrastructure that treats social capital such as trust and social norms as digital information. However, this assumes a social consensus on how to manage social-capital information online. This paper reports the study on an examination of ethical requirements based on "Self-as-We," a new philosophical idea of self that is based on East Asian "true self". In Self-as-We as a multi-agent system, information systems are also considered as agents in "we", and are ethically required to maintain fellowship among agents. The requirements for this fellowship were clarified.
