• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 日本国内の企業においては，以前より働き方改革が求められ，生産性の向上を目的としたコミュニケーションツールを使う機会は緩やかに増えてきた．その利用は，2020 年初頭からの世界的な新型コロナの感染拡大で急加速した．しかしビジネスにおけるコミュニケーションツールの導入と活用には，課題もある．本報告では，新型コロナ禍で求められたテレワークの加速とコミュニケーションツールの変化を，企業のテレワーク実施状況等を調査し，問題点を洗い出す調査を行った．現在はさまざまなコミュニケーションツールが使われているが，無造作に利用することによって抱え得る課題を考察する．また，コミュニケーションツール導入における難しさの原因を探り，ツールごとの利点や難点を比較，検討することで活用のヒントを探る．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Companies in Japan have long been required to reform the way they work. Opportunities to use communication tools to improve productivity have been slowly increasing. Their use has accelerated rapidly with the global spread of the COVID-19 infection since the beginning of 2020. However, there are some challenges in the introduction and use of communication tools in business. In this report, we investigate the acceleration of telework and changes in communication tools required by the COVID-19 outbreak by surveying the status of telework implementation in companies and identifying problems. We examine the issues that can arise from the careless use of various communication tools that are currently in use. We also explore the causes of difficulties in introducing communication tools, and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each tool to find hints for their use.
