の普及や授業のオンデマンド化により,学習の形態が多様化している.事前に収録された講義動画を視聴するような形態の授業では,学習者は自分のペースで学習を進めることが可能である.その際,疲労の蓄積により学習効率が低下していくため,休憩を取得することで蓄積した疲労を解消し,学習効率を維持することが重要である.しかし,学習者が自身の疲労の蓄積を客観的に判断し,最適なタイミングで休憩を取得できるとは限らない.本研究では,脚部動作から学習者の疲労度を推定し,学習者に最適なタイミングで休憩を提案するシステムを開発した.システムによって提案されたタイミングでの休憩の取得が,学習者の学習効果に与える影響を調査した.学習者を提案手法群,連続学習群,自由休憩群の 3
