report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8760","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年増加しているテレワーク環境下では「テレワーカーの生産性が高まった」「家族と過ごす時間が増えた」という結果が報告されている.その一方で,監督者側には「テレワーカーのメンタルケアができない」「テレワーカーが仕事をしているかどうかが分からない」という不安の声もあるなど,監督者がテレワーカーを監視する方法の欠如が問題となっている.これを解決するために,テレワーカーに仕事中常にカメラをオンにさせるなどといった方法が考えられるが,プライバシーの問題や,監督者の管理の継続性の問題などが依然残る.一方で,植物は,人の活力を示すメタファとして,販促物を始め様々な分野でこれまで利用されてきた.そこで本研究では,テレワーカーの状態を直接的ではなく,植物型のデバイスを制御して間接的に監督者に伝える手法の実現を目指す.植物型デバイスで利用できる植物のメタファとして,植物を模したデバイスの色,動き,形状の 3 つのモダリティに着目した.本報では,これらのモダリティと人間の感情を紐づけるための印象評価実験を行い,その結果,12 environment that has been increasing, some surveys report that “teleworkers' productivity has increased” and “teleworkers have more time to spend with their families.” On the other hand, some supervisors have concerns that they cannot monitor the status of teleworkers and cannot provide mental care for teleworkers. An easy way to solve this issue, supervisor asks teleworkers to turn on a camera during their work. However, there are issues of privacy and continuity of control by supervisors. On the other hand, plants have been used as a metaphor to express human vitality in various fields such as commercial purpose. In this paper, we propose a method using plant's metaphors to communicate teleworker's status to supervisors. As plant's metaphors, we focus on three characteristics of plant: color, shape, and motion. And we conducted an impression evaluation to associate these characteristics with emotions.
