However, it has been criticized for its formality is stronger than ethical considerations. In addition, members of the committee are usually closed. At the same time, the role expected of ethical review that can address potential ethical issues is also increasing in information society. In this paper, we summarize issues of current ethical review and ethical committee after considering literature on them. Furthermore, we focus on cases in which ethical problems were recently noticed in the field of information society and examine the effect of ethical review. Finally, we propose “the ethics review committee 3000 problems” and two approaches to the problem.},
