3D モデルの生成やレイアウトが類似する家屋の検索など,多様な用途に活用できる.しかし,既存のフロアプラン解析手法はいずれも部屋の構造抽出に注力しており,それらの部屋がどのような使われ方をするかの用途の理解は行われていない.一方で,部屋用途の情報は,センサを用いた宅内行動推定の補助情報提供などにも有効である.本稿では,画像として与えられた建築図面から部屋の構造情報と宅内設備情報を抽出し,それらを用いて各部屋の種別(用途)を推測する手法を提案する.提案手法では,我々が以前に提案した部屋構造と電気設備を抽出する手法から得られた情報をもとに,各部屋をノード,部屋間の接続をエッジとしたグラフを構築する.そのもとで GNN(グラフニューラルネットワーク)により,寝室,ホール,収納といった各部屋の用途を示す種別を推定する.電気設備情報を含む建築図面は非常に複雑であり,情報密度が高いことから,情報が図面上で重畳しており,例え部屋名が記載されていてもその抽出精度を高めることは極めて困難である.これに対し,我々は高精度な部屋構造情報と電気設備情報を組み合わせ,さらに部屋の接続関係に基づく推測が可能な GNN を活用することでその目的を達成する.協力企業との提携により入手した住宅 352 邸,合計 719 枚の電気平面図を用いた評価実験の結果,宅内設備を平均 F 値 99% で検出でき,部屋の役割を平均F値 95.4%
