• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 企業活動において，社内メールを始めとした文章による円滑なコミュニケーションは非常に重要である．しかしこれを企業研修として指導するには多大な手間がかかり，指導の質と時間効率の向上が求められている．そこで本稿では，新入社員がメール文章の作成においてどういった課題を抱えているのか，また研修を通じてそれがどう変化しているかを分析した上で，文章指導の部分的な自動化の可能性について検討した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In corporate activities, it is very important to communicate smoothly through written documents such as inter-office mails. Corporate training is useful in this regard, but such training is very time consuming. Therefore, we would like to improve the quality and efficiency of corporate training for text-based communications. In this paper, we analyzed actual inter-office mails of programmers in training, in order to discern their problems and how they changed through training. We also discussed the possibility of partial automation of such training.
