1 つである.実験はまず実際の問診で使用されている質問項目をベースとして,回答に対する傾聴の発生比率を変更した問診シナリオを事前に作成する.つぎに,そのシナリオをチャット画面に逐次表示する形式で回答までの時間や回答拒否回数を計測すると共に,対話エージェントの印象に関する事後アンケートを行う.そして,収集したデータから傾聴比率と情報量との関係や心的要因について分析した.その結果,傾聴 (共感) の影響として,行動面では傾聴が多すぎると得られる回答数が減少する傾向が見られた.印象の面では,患者からの回答に対し,25%-50% の傾聴 (共感)
