The objective of our research is to develop a method for automatically generating an Ising model of an optimization problem from a Petri net model. This paper proposes a method for the formulation of Ising models for job-shop scheduling problems based on timed colored Petri nets. We develop a software tool to generate Ising models from Petri net model for the target scheduling problem with combined other useful tools for Petri nets and quantum annealing.
