• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 東洋医学の診察法には，望診，聞診，問診および切診の四診がある．問診は患者に自覚症状や生活習慣などを尋ねて情報を収集する形式で行われる診察法であり，東洋医学において証（病名）を推定するための重要な診察手段である．我々は東洋医学の四診，並びに四診の結果に基づいた鍼灸治療法の提案を支援する鍼灸治療支援システムの開発を目指しており，本論文では，これまで提案した問診による五臓六腑の状態推定手法を改善する．具体的に，まず，東洋医学における症状と五臓六腑との関連データベースを構築する．次に，臨床で気血水の評価によく用いられている寺澤スコアを取り入れて，五臓六腑の虚証・実証を評価するための基準を定める．さらに，提案の評価基準に基づいて，五臓六腑の状態を推定する手法を提案する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The examinations in Traditional Chinese Medicine are Four Medical Examinations, which are the main diagnostic methods and include inspection, listening and smelling examination, interview, and palpation. The interview is a method that collects information by asking the patient about subjective symptoms, lifestyle, etc., and is an important medical examination method for estimating disease in traditional Chinese medicine. We are aiming to develop a support system for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine. This support system includes four examinations and a proposal of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment based on the results of four examinations. In this paper, we improve previously proposed method of estimating the states of internal organs. Firstly, a relational database of symptoms and internal organs is built. Next, by incorporating Terasawa Score, which is often used in the clinical evaluation of Qi, blood and fluid, an evaluation criteria is established for evaluating the deficiency and excess of the internal organs. Furthermore, a method is proposed for estimating the states of internal organs based on the proposed evaluation criteria.
