On September 24 of the same year, the European Data Protection Board published its opinion (Opinion 32/2021 regarding the European Commission Draft Implementing Decision pursuit to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the appropriate protection of personal data in the Republic of Korea) and the procedure is ongoing.
