加盟国間で起こりうる相違点を調査し，医療，研究，イノベーション，政策決定を目的とした EU における保健データの国境を越えた交換に影響を及ぼす可能性のある要素を特定することを目的としている．本稿では，この影響評価において分類されている 3 つの機能のうち機能 2 It aims to investigate possible differences between EU Member States an d identify factors that may affect the transnational exchange of health data in the EU for the purposes of health care, research, innovation , and policy making.
