However, the dissemination of the My Number Card and Myna Portal has not yet progressed, with the My Number Card accounting for 36% of all residents as of August 2021 and the number of registered users of the Myna Portal accounting for 3.2% as of February 2021. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that promote and inhibit the dissemination of these services, and to propose measures for their dissemination based on these factors. First, the measures of each local government and previous studies are surveyed, and the factors for the diffusion of the My Number Card and Myna Portal are analyzed. The factors will be confirmed through a questionnaire survey of users. Based on the confirmed factors, we will propose measures to local governments.},
