• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: アジャイルソフトウェア開発のアプローチを推進するには，プロジェクトメンバは様々な環境変化に柔軟，かつ迅速に対するための考え方（アジャイルマインド）を具備する必要がある．これまでに筆者らはアジャイルマインドを学習するプログラム（アジャイルマインド研修）を開発・実践しているが，受講者の学習効果（アジャイルマインドの理解）を把握することが課題であった．本稿では，受講者がアジャイルマインド研修をどのように受容し，どのような共通理解を形成できたのかを分析・評価した実践事例を報告する．受講者からのフィードバックデータ（学習内容に関するオープンクエッションへの回答文）を対象として，質的データ分析を通じて，受講者が体感した内容の読解を試みる．受講者が研修を通じて何を経験し，その結果，何を感じたのかを明らかにし，意識教育を狙いとした企業研修における効果測定のプラクティスを提示する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Having an agile mindset is one of important factors for project members to introduce an agile software development approach to their projects. We have been practicing our own-developed, workshop-based learning course to understand the agile mindset. On the other hand, it is difficult to measure effectiveness of the course in terms of course participants' perceptions and common understanding. In this paper, we use a qualitative data analysis approach for comprehending the constructed story of the course participants based on feedbacks which they created during the period of the course. We aim to analyze how the participants have experienced, and then what they have perceived through the learning course. Our narrative analysis case can be used to evaluating an effectiveness of mindset-learning courses in industries.
