article"}]},"item_3_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2435-6484","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"企業活動においては，あらかじめ明確なルールが存在せず，適時担当者の判断が必要となる業務，すなわち，非定型業務を支援するシステム（意思決定支援システム）が求められている．一方，意思決定支援システムのアルゴリズムやモデルを実装するだけで即座に適用することは難しく，実際の企業の非定型業務に適用するには手順やノウハウが必要となる．そこで本稿では，意思決定支援システムの非定型業務への適用ステップを提案する．そのうえで，提案ステップを企業の営業活動のプロセスに実践した事例を報告する．提案ステップは3つのフェーズで構成される．意思決定支援のアプローチ手法と実装を行う「システム構築」，評価モデルに基づく予備実験によるシステムの客観的な振り返りと改善を実施する「システム評価」，そして，本実験の実施と再評価を経てからシステムの本格導入につなげる「システム導入」である．本稿では，実企業の営業活動のプロセス全般を通じて営業担当者にリコメンド（推奨アクティビティの提示）を繰り返す意思決定支援システムを構築し，予備実験結果を踏まえてシステムを改善し，その有効性を検証した実践事例を報告する．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"The need for decision support systems for atypical work is increasing. On the other hand, the steps and know-how are required to apply the developed decision support system to the atypical work of a real company. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the steps to apply the decision support system to atypical work, and then report the case where the proposal steps are put into practice in sales activities. The proposed step consists of three phases: system development, system evaluation, and system introduction.
