 note = {筆者らは，仕様書レビューでの指摘に基づいて，個人の要求分析スキルを評価する手法を研究している．本論文では，スキル評価の基準となる要求分析スキルモデルを提案する．提案モデルは，ニーズ記述書とソフトウェア要求仕様書（SRS）それぞれの仕様化パターンの組合せに対して，それを指摘するスキルレベルを設定したものである．提案モデルの有効性を検証するために，被験者にニーズ記述書とそれから作成されたSRSを与えてレビューさせ，提案モデルに基づいてあらかじめ埋め込んでおいた指摘事項を指摘させる実験を行った．実験の結果，SRS仕様化パターンの異なるスキルレベルグループ間で指摘人数に有意差が確認でき，提案モデルの部分的な有効性を示すことができた．, We have been studying a method for assessing a requirement analysis skill based on specification review. As a basis for evaluating the skill, a requirement analysis skill model is proposed. The model  is developed by setting degrees of difficulty on each combination between specification patterns in needs statements and software requirements specifications (SRS). The model is validated by carrying out an experiments which makes subjects review a SRS in comparison with a corresponding needs statement. The result shows that there is a statistically significant difference in number of detected items among different difficulty group of SRS specification patterns. As a result, the limited effectiveness of the proposed model is validated.},
