 note = {2020 年 8 月開始された NHK プラスのネット配信向け生字幕同期サービスでは，番組の生字幕と音声認識結果をテキストマッチングさせてネット配信時に字幕の表示タイミングを調整している．実運用の際には，発話と字幕の表示タイミングが外れることもあることから，ネット配信時の字幕表示タイミングの許容範囲に関する主観評価実験を行った．また，補正して表示するタイミングの好ましさに関する評価や聴覚障害者による評価を追加で実施したので報告する．, NHK Plus's live subtitle synchronization service, which started in August 2020, adjusts the subtitle display timing for online delivery by matching the text of live subtitles and speech recognition results. In the actual service, the timing between speech and subtitles may be off, so we conducted a subjective evaluation experiment on the acceptable range of subtitle display timing for online delivery. As an additional experiment, we reported the evaluation for short correction time and the evaluation by people with disabilities.},
