の回路レイアウトに起因する不良を予測，特定することを目的として AI 技術を用いて回路レイアウトを解析する手法について検討した．今回は，回路レイアウト画像を畳み込みニューラルネットワークで分類するときの Light-Weight  GAN によるデータ拡張手法について検討した．また，得られる学習データが少量である場合に GAN
