report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8647","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年，医療現場における勤務時間の長大化にともない，過労によるストレスの増加が問題となっており，医師のワークライフバランスの見直しが求められている．医療現場における医師の働き方は，一般的なオフィスワーカの働き方と大きく異なるため，オフィスワーカに対して得られた知見を活用することは難しく，医師の働き方に基づいたストレス推定モデルを構築する必要がある．日常生活におけるストレスの推定方法は，主にアンケート形式で行われる．しかし，ユーザは就寝前に日中の行動を正確に思い出してアンケートに毎日回答する必要があるため，アンケート回答の負担は大きく，無意識による自身の行動を反映できない．このため，心拍，運動量，および睡眠といった生体情報に基づいて，日常生活におけるユーザのストレスの状態を高い精度で推定する必要がある．本研究では，ウェアラブルセンサデバイスを用いて生体情報を分析することで医師のストレスの発生要因を推定する手法を提案する．提案手法では，覚醒時における心拍変動のデータに加え，レム睡眠やノンレム睡眠といった睡眠時における睡眠深度のデータを取得することで，日常生活の行動に対するストレスの状態を推定する．評価では，最大 7 名の医師がウェアラブルセンサデバイスを最大 8 週間装着し，睡眠深度の変化，および日中の心拍変動から算出した LF/HF
