• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 2020 年 5 月に施行された改正情報処理促進法に基づき，DX 認定制度が創設された．DX 認定制度は，「デジタルガバナンス・コード」の基本的事項に対応した企業を国が認定する制度である．2020 年 12 月に最初の認定事業者が公表されて以降，2021 年 7 月時点までに 140 を超える事業者がその認定を受けている．本研究は，公表されている DX 認定事業者に関する事例分析を行うことで，DX 認定制度の現状と課題を論じるものである．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Based on the revised Information Processing Promotion Law that came into effect in May 2020, the DX certification system was established. The DX certification system is a system in which the government certifies companies that comply with the basic matters of the "Digital Governance Code." Since the first accredited companies were announced in December 2020, more than 140 companies have been accredited by July 2021. This study discusses the current status and issues of the DX certification system by conducting a case analysis of DX certified companies whose information is publicly available.
