Governance Act，以下「データガバナンス法案」)\" を公開した．同法案は欧州域内で生み出される様々なデータについて，取扱いの安全性やデータ共有用の信頼性の確保，官民を超えたデータ共有の促進を目指すものである．この中では \"data altruism（以下「データ利他主義」）\" November 25, 2020, the Commission released its \"Proposal for a REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on European data governance (Data Governance Act, \"Data Governance Bill\") \" based on the \"A European strategy for data\" which it published on February 19, 2020. The proposal aims to ensure the safety of data processing, the reliability of data sharing, and the promotion of data sharing between the public and private sectors for var ious types of data generated in Europe. In this context, the term \"data altruism\" is used to refer to the use of data for public benefit.
