Among them, the market of real-time broadcasting platforms such as YouTube Live, Nico Nico Live, and Twicas is expanding, and the availability of high-bandwidth mobile networks such as 5G is making it possible to broadcast higher quality content. However, the real-time broadcasting requires specialized literacy and an environment. In this research, we implement a platform for real-time broadcasting that is easy to use even for beginners, using BaaS (Broadcast as a Service) and cloud computing as a support environment for real-time broadcast.
