• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 地方における人口減少や商店街の衰退などの問題を解決するために，観光による地域活性化に着目する．本稿では地方における観光エクスペリエンス向上のために待ち時間を有効活用する観光アプリケーションを提案する．本アプリケーションは静的待ち時間を考慮した観光プランニング機能と動的待ち時間を考慮したナビゲーション機能から成る．観光アプリケーションを構築し，山形県鶴岡市における観光プランを作成し，動作確認を行う．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Tourism is effective to solve region problem, e.g. depopulation, shopping district decline. This paper proposes tourism application for effective use of waiting time. This application consists of trip planning function and navigation function. Waiting time can be classified as static waiting time or dynamic waiting time. Trip planning function can consider static waiting time and navigation function consider dynamic waiting time. To present effectiveness, this paper construct and test tourism application.
