Many classes were either completely online or hybridized between online and face-to-face, and laboratory activities were greatly affected as well. Our laboratory, which has relatively little resistance to the use of IT technology, immediately shifted to online/hybrid laboratory management. However, as this situation continued for nearly a year and a half, we began to see a number of failures.
