I measured about 100 employees working at a logistics center. And I survey them by questionnaires, Work measurement results show that the low productivity worker’s manual handling time is eight times as long as the average. Survey data show 80 percent of employees think the work speed is normal. The measurement results and survey data are compared. Maximum collect rate of self-assessment is approximately 50%. And analysis data show that 38 percent of low-productivity employees improve motion by themselves.
