• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿では，最新の動画像符号化国際標準方式である H.266/VVC において，新たに採用された符号化ツールの 1 つである Bi-Directional Optical-Flow (BDOF) の適用条件に関する検討結果を報告する．具体的には，復号側でブロックごとに BDOF を適用するか否かを決定する際の早期打ち切り処理の方法，および参照ピクチャの時間的距離を考慮した適用条件について，それぞれ提案手法の詳細及び各提案手法を適用した場合の実験結果を示す．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, it is reported that a study result regarding applying conditions of Bi-Directional Optical-Flow (BDOF), which is one of the tools newly adopted to the latest video coding standard H.266/VVC. More precisely, details and experimental results of two proposed methods, which are an early termination method to determine whether BDOF is applied and an applying condition considering the distance of time between a current frame and two reference frames, are indicated, respectively.
