 note = {近年，日本社会のグローバル化を進めるべく，小学校から英語学習を取り入れる教育改革が進んでいる．しかし，旧来型の日本の英語教育は読解と作文に偏重しており，聞き取りや発話など会話に必要な能力の育成が軽視されてきた．真のグローバル化とは，あらゆる文脈においてボーダレスなコミュニケーションに参加できることであり，異文化を理解してお互いを尊重しつつ交流を深めることが重要である．そこで，生徒の国際感覚を養うことを目的とし，高校生を対象として「（に）日本語を話さない（こ）高校生と話そう（P）プロジェクト」（通称「にこP」）を2020年度からスタートさせた．本プロジェクトでは，単に，高校生に異文化交流を体験させるだけでなく，その過程をシステム化し，ひとつの汎用的なプログラムとして提供している．それだけでなく，ICTのプラットフォームを提供し，効率的な学習を進めることも支援する．本稿では，2020年にパイロットプロジェクトとして実施した，日本と台湾の高校を結んで実践した事例について紹介し，さらに，得られたデータを分析した結果から本プロジェクトの有効性について述べる．, In recent years, the educational revolution is progressing to globalize Japanese society by adopting teaching English in elementary academic courses. However, old-style English education overweights reading and writing and tends to disregard fostering skills in hearing and speaking, which are required to make smooth English conversation. The real globalization is that a globalized person can participate in borderless communications in whatever context. The essential things are to understand different cultures and to make more in-depth communication with respecting each other. Then, to improve the global senses of high-school students, we started the Students Meet Internationally through Language Education (SMILE) project in the fiscal year of 2020. The project's characteristics are giving participants opportunities to communicate with foreign students and providing systematic procedures as a general package of the educational program. Furthermore, we support students' efficient learning by offering an information communication technology (ICT) platform. This paper introduces the cases in which Japanese high-schools and Taiwanese high-schools are interconnected as pilot projects conducted in 2020 and describes the project's effectiveness by showing the results of analyses on the data from the project.},
