For that purpose, a tool \"Transcreation Scale\" for measuring the cultural differences of learners and deriving a new educational plan is required. Therefore, we conducted a behavioral observation and a questionnaire survey for learners in the programming education conducted at the seminar of the Information Course of the Faculty of Business Administration of M University.
