• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本稿は，Association of Internet Researchers（AoIR）の倫理的ガイドライン（IRE Guideline: Internet Research Ethical Guideline）の分析を通して，研究倫理を，研究者の研究デザイン・実施・成果の公表に至るプロセスの各段階における倫理的意思決定支援として再定義し，ステークホルダーや社会・環境等への危害防止・低減に加え，多様な関係者間の信頼の醸成や構築，維持こそが，研究倫理が要求される理由（目的）であると主張する．人文学・社会科学の調査研究と類似するインターネット研究においては，社会学・文化人類学・民俗学等のフィールドワークの倫理を参照し，研究対象者は単なるデータの提供源としてではなく，人間として遇さねばならない．研究者の倫理的行動を支えるため，機関内外の倫理的サポートを提供する部局・組織が今後重要になる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: This article redefines research ethics as an aid to ethical decision-making in research during the different stages of research processes, from designing and performing it to publishing results, by analyzing the Internet Research Ethical Guidelines (IRE guidelines) of the Association of Internet Researchers (AoIR) and argues that the raison d'être of research ethics is to build and maintain trust among stakeholders with reference to research projects, as well as to prevent and to mitigate any possible harm that may arise from it to stakeholders, their societies and the environment. While conducting internet research in humanities and social sciences, researchers should refer to/follow the ethics of fieldwork in sociology, cultural anthropology, and folklore studies, and the researchers and staff must treat the human subject not as a mere source of data, but as a human being during the research as well as after the result is published. The maintenance of the whole process of research ethically might be accompanied with various difficulties, so researchers need the departments and agencies which support their ethical behavior during it.
