report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2432-2431","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本では，バリアフリー新法の施行などを契機に公共施設や建物などのバリアフリー化が進んでいるが，利用当事者の立場から見ると必要とするアクセシビリティ情報が使いやすい形で提供されていないという課題がある．本研究の目的は，地方自治体の公開するアクセシビリティ情報と利用当事者である車椅子利用者のニーズを調査し，そのギャップを明らかにすることである．本研究では，自治体のアクセシビリティ情報の中で，とくに車椅子利用者にとって重要なバリアフリートイレ情報の公開状況を網羅的に調査した．その結果，バリアフリートイレのアクセシビリティ情報をオープンデータとして提供していた自治体は，全自治体の 11.4% にとどまることがわかった．また，これらの自治体の公開されているアクセシビリティ情報が，車椅子利用者のニーズを，どの程度満たしているかを，アンケートを通して検証した．その結果，多くの車椅子利用者が求める転回の可否や手すりの有無といった情報が， それぞれ，2 件（バリアフリートイレ情報を公開していた自治体の 1%），7 件（同
