• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 企業の現在と将来のあるべき姿をモデル化する手法にエンタープライズ・アーキテクチャがある．デジタル時代は，目標に向かって事前に計画を立案し，計画どおりに実行するだけでなく，生み出す価値を重視して，優先度の高いものを実行し結果のフィードバックを得た上で優先度の見直しを繰り返すやり方を組み合わせて行くべきである．顧客ニーズや需要の変化が起こりやすい産業や想定できない変化が多い産業においてオペレーショナル・デザインと OODA ループを組み合わせた D-OODA ループが提唱されている．本論文は，デジタル企業を目指すための EA に D-OODA ループを取り入れた繰り返し型の EA を考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Enterprise architecture is a method of modeling what an enterprise should be today and in the future. In the digital era, we should not only plan in advance to achieve our goals and execute them as planned, but also focus on the value to be created, execute those with the highest priority, get feedback on the results, and repeatedly review the priorities. The D-OODA loop, a combination of operational design and the OODA loop, is proposed for industries where customer needs and demands are likely to change or change in unexpected ways. This paper considers an iterative type of EA that incorporates the D-OODA loop into EA for becoming a digital company.
