For the first class of inputs, the corresponding outputs are predictable, but for the second, outputs are hardly predictable. Most of the preceding neural networks return answers for all inputs, but here a network is discussed that is to give prediction only for the first class of inputs. The system consists of two modules a classifier and a predictor, each of which learns depending on the performance of the other.
