• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 急速に変化する社会に対応していくために，自ら目標を設定して行動を起こす力が必要とされている．本研究では「Self-change Project」を基に学習プロセスを設計し，入学前教育の受講対象者である高校生に対して，ゴール設計と遂行と自己内省を行う自己調整学習のサイクルを体験させる学習支援システムを構築した．学習者は最初に学びに関する問題分析を行い，自分の目指したい理想状態について検討し，そのゴールとゴール達成までの計画などを記した「契約書」を作成する．契約書の内容は学習者のダッシュボード上に反映され，自分の学習状況の推移を確認しながら，振り返りとして毎週の学習日誌を登録する．本稿では，システムの開発と評価を行なった結果について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In order to respond to a rapidly changing society, it is necessary to have the ability to set goals and take action. In this study, we was designed the learning process based on “Self-change Project”, and built a learning environment where high school students who are eligible for preschool education can experience the cycle of self-adjustment learning by go through the cycle of goal design, execution, and self-reflection. The learner first analyzes the problems related to learning, considers the ideal state that he / she wants to aim for, and creates a "contract" that describes the goal and the plan to achieve the goal. The contents of the contract are reflected on the learner's dashboard, and while checking the transition of their own learning situation, ask them to register a weekly learning diary as a reflection. In this paper, we report the results of system development and evaluation.
