I summarized the time history of genealogical discourse trying to positively grasp the legal position of AI agents. Here, we deal with the discourses since the 1992 L. Solum paper [1]. We also analyze the idea of Chopra & White [3] and Ugo Pagallo's robot laws [4] that refers to it. Considering the limitations of these analyses, we propose the positioning of AI agents with an interpretation of partially autonomous AI agents that G.
