I summarized the time history of genealogical discourse trying to positively grasp the legal position of AI agents. Here, we deal with the discourses since the 1992 L. Solum paper [1]. We also analyze the idea of Chopra & White [3] and Ugo Pagallo's robot laws [4] that refers to it. Considering the limitations of these analyses, we propose the positioning of AI agents with an interpretation of partially autonomous AI agents that G. Teubner proposes based on actor network theory.},
