| 内容記述 | 2021 年 2 月 19 日に経済産業省：Society5.0 における新たなガバナンスモデル検討会から報告書「GOVERNANCE INNOVATION Ver.2 ― アジャイル・ガバナンスのデザインと実装に向けて」が発表された．この文書の主要な提案はアジャイル・ガバナンスという概念である．この概念はルール適用の現状の評価を行い，その結果によって適用方法，場合によってはルール策定の基礎にある目標までも変更するガバナンス・アーキテクチュアである．従来のルールベースのガバナンスに比べて柔軟性と現実即応性が高い．本報告は報告書に記載されたアジャイル・ガバナンスに関する分析と評価を記載したものである．また，この概念とアクターネットワーク理論の関係についても述べる． | |||||||

| 内容記述 | On February 19, 2021, the new governance model study group in Society 5.0 conducted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry released a report "GOVERNANCE INNOVATION Ver.2-Toward the design and implementation of agile governance." The mAIn proposal in this document is the concept of agile governance. This concept is a governance architecture that evaluates the current state of rule application and, depending on the result, changes the application method and, in some cases, even the goals underlying rule formulation. It is more flexible and responsive to reality than traditional rule-based governance. This report describes the analysis and evaluation of agile governance described in the report. This report also describes the relationship between this concept and the actor network theory. | |||||||
