5.0 で提唱されている実空間のセンサデータを集約し，解析してフィードバックする仕組みが挙げられる．Society 5.0 の活用は，働き方改革の実現において非常に有効であり，多くの機関で実用化に向けた動きが進んでいる．しかし，医療分野では，実際の医療現場における様々な要件をすべて満足する必要があり，医師の勤務スケジューリングを統合的に管理するシステムソフトウェアを作成することは難しい．本研究では，医療現場の働き方改革を実現するシステムソフトウェアを実現するため，医師のワークライフバランスを改善する勤務スケジュールの作成手法を提案する．提案手法では，実際の医療現場における医師の勤務環境を考慮して勤務スケジュール作成のアルゴリズムを構築することで，これまで手作業で作成していたスケジュール担当の医師にかかる負担を削減する．提案手法を用いたシミュレーション評価の結果，手作業による従来手法に比べて作成時間を大きく短縮できることを確認した．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_biblio_info_10":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicPageEnd":"8","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"研究報告マルチメディア通信と分散処理（DPS）"}],"bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2021-05-20","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"17","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"2021-DPS-187"}]},"relation_version_is_last":true,"weko_creator_id":"44499"},"id":211263,"updated":"2025-01-19T17:51:37.489944+00:00","links":{},"created":"2025-01-19T01:12:26.890919+00:00"}
