• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 我々は検索エンジンによって「きわめて大量だが信頼性の保証のない言語情報」を入手できる．これを使って人類共有知を発展させることができないか．2020 年 9 月の発表では，独学，身体，信頼性について考察した．今回は，雑音を含む言語情報を低雑音環境で誤り訂正すれば，すべての雑音が取り除かれ，誤りのない情報を 次の人に伝達することができるようになり，人類の知的進化が劇的に進むことを論じる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Search engines enable us to obtain “ voluminous linguistic information with uncertain reliability ”. With it, we can enhance collective human intelligence. The author discussed Self-Learning, Body and Reliability in September 2020. In this article, he points out that linguistic information containing noises can be error-corrected in the low noise environment and be transmitted to the next person without error, which should dramatically enhance intellectual evolution of human-beings.
