• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，国際連合が 2015 年に採択した持続可能な開発目標（Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs）への関心が高まっており，世界各国で目標達成に向けたさまざまな取り組みが行われている．本研究で対象とする社会問題である食品ロスとは，食品廃棄物の中の可食部分を示し，この食品廃棄物等の問題解決は，SDGs の 17 の目標の一つに設定されている．日本では年間約 612 万トンの食品ロスが排出されており，適切な対策を講じ，これを実行することで削減できる．本稿では，一般消費者を対象とした食品ロス削減のための情報システムを提案し，web アプリケーションを設計および製作した結果を報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted by the United Nations in 2015, and various initiatives are being undertaken around the world to achieve the goals. Food waste refers to the edible portion of food loss and wastes, and the issue of food loss and wastes has been set as one of the 17 goals of the SDGs. In Japan, about 6.12 million tons of food waste is generated annually, which can be reduced by taking appropriate measures and implementing them. This paper proposes an Information system to reduce food loss targeting general consumers and the design and implementation of a web application is discussed.
