In this paper, we clarify the characteristics of the evaluation activities of generic skills, discuss the specifications of the information system for generic skills assessment, and develop the features for assessment that the system should have as LTI tools. In this report, we first describe the system requirements for the assessment of generic skills. Next, an overview of the developed LTI tool is given.
