• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 高等教育において汎用的能力の育成と評価が重要な課題となっている．我々は，汎用的能力の評価活動の特性を明らかにした上で，汎用的能力評価のための情報システムの仕様について検討し，システムが持つべき評価のための機能を LTI ツールとして開発した．本報告では，最初に汎用的能力の評価に必要なシステムの要件について述べる．次に開発した LTI ツールの概要について述べ，最後に帝京大学情報電子工学科 4 年生を対象に試用した結果を示し，その考察を述べる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The development and evaluation of generic skills has become an important issue in higher education. In this paper, we clarify the characteristics of the evaluation activities of generic skills, discuss the specifications of the information system for generic skills assessment, and develop the features for assessment that the system should have as LTI tools. In this report, we first describe the system requirements for the assessment of generic skills. Next, an overview of the developed LTI tool is given. Finally, the results of a trial test for fourth-year students of the Department of Information and Electronic Engineering at Teikyo University are presented and discussed.
