The approach of DSA is to allow different mobile network operators to use the same shared channel, without causing interference across base stations. However, existing methods to solve DSA as combinational optimization problem are computationally very expensive in scaling the number of base stations, the number of frequency channels, and time. Ising machine is a fast solver dedicated to solve an approximate solution of combinational optimization problem. In this paper, we formulate the DSA problem as QUBO (Quadratic Unconstrained Binary Optimization) problem to solve it by ising machine.
