• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 新型コロナウィルスの影響により，テレワークの導入が多くの企業で行われている．テレワークでは，インフォーマルコミュニケーションが不足するため，意思伝達ができない，孤独感を感じるなどの問題が発生することが指摘されている．そこで，本研究ではインフォーマルコミュニケーションの不足を解消するために，廊下の概念を取り入れたメディア空間 Commidor を考案・開発した．Commidor は PC 上の業務の切り替え時に画面の最前面に表示され，閉じて他の作業を行うためには，一定時間をかけて自分のオブジェクトを出口に向かわせる必要がある．その際に近接した他者とのビデオ通話が可能である．このシステムを用いた手法で実際にインフォーマルコミュニケーションが生じるかどうかを検証するために，筆者らの研究室を対象とした予備的実験と，研究室外の 2 組のグループに対する実験を行った．その結果，就業時間があり全員が決まった時間帯に作業をこなす労働環境下では，十分にインフォーマルコミュニケーションを誘発することができることが示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Due to the influence of the novel coronavirus, many companies are introducing telework. Telework may lead to a lack of informal communication, which may cause impairment to quality of communication and loneliness. In order to solve the problem, we devised a media space called Commidor, which incorporates the concept of a corridor. Commidor is displayed at the front of the screen when switching between tasks on a PC, and users need to spend a certain amount of time to exit it in order to close Commidor window and perform other tasks.Users can have a video chat with other users near them on Commidor. We conducted preliminary experiment was conducted with students in the authors' laboratory and experiment in two groups in order to verify whether informal communication actually occurs with this system. Results show that our method is useful enough in an environment where everyone works simultaneously at fixed time, such as working hours.
