3 次元高速フーリエ変換(3D-FFT)が占める.本研究では,2 軸分割による非圧縮一様等方性乱流 DNS コードを開発し,FFT 部分について,最先端のベクトル計算機である SX-Aurora TSUBASA 向け最適化を行なった.最適化としてキャッシュブロッキング,配列のパディングを行なった結果,最大で約 3.3 倍の高速化を達成した.FFT における計算性能は 1 コアあたり 3.38GFlops,対ピーク性能比は 1.1% であり,計算部分のみでは 1 コアあたり 35.9GFlops,11.7% であった.また,大規模な乱流 DNS の実現に向けて通信時間を予測するため,SX-Aurora TSUBASAにおいて,MPI_alltoall による通信の実効転送性能を計測した.その結果,VE 数が 16
