Genomon の「富岳」向け移植と最適化を行ってきた．本稿では，その最適化内容と「富岳」での性能評価について報告する．Genomon の実行性能はディスク I/O 性能に依存するため，特に「富岳」に実装された LLIO（Lightweight Layered IO-Accelerator）ファイルシステムをどのように活用したかを中心に報告する．また，Genomon
